Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, maintainable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the application stack to ensure optimal speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Testing & QA: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee software stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
