Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature specifications and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in at least one primary programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex systems and optimize application performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
