Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit complex smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Optimize smart contract logic for maximum gas efficiency and performance on Layer 2 solutions.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement rigorous testing protocols and formal verification.
- Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior engineers to elevate the team's technical standards.
- Integrate cross-chain bridges and maintain robust communication with external protocols.
- Contribute to the 2026 whitepaper and roadmap by identifying technical bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years dedicated to blockchain technology.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
- Proven track record of deploying audited smart contracts on mainnet.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, and decentralized consensus mechanisms.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle.
