Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities and improve organic search visibility.
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for technical roles using advanced recruiting techniques and SEO tools.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions optimized for both candidates and search engines.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data management.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and recruitment best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, SEO, or a hybrid role combining both disciplines.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO principles, keyword research, and site architecture.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications in SEO or Human Resources are highly desirable.
