Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SEO strategies, focusing on technical health, content optimization, and authority building for 2026 search algorithms.
- Conduct deep-dive technical audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Content, Dev) to implement data-driven improvements.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to predict search trends and optimize for voice and semantic queries.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and rankings.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and advanced SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts, including Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture.
