What You'll Do:
As a key member of our digital team, you will bridge the gap between technical recruitment and organic search performance. You will be responsible for executing high-impact SEO campaigns while managing the full lifecycle of technical hiring.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify site architecture issues and crawl errors.
- Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Lead end-to-end technical recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to closing offers.
- Optimize on-page content and meta tags to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical hiring needs with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Expertise in keyword research, link building, and technical SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
