Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive organic SEO strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and fix on-page and off-page issues affecting rankings.
- Manage keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for our clients.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to optimize website architecture and content strategy.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Generate detailed monthly performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google’s search algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working effectively in a remote, distributed team setting.
