The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive SEO strategies that increase organic visibility and drive high-quality traffic to our client websites. You will work closely with content teams, developers, and account managers to ensure technical excellence and content relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and trends.
- Execute on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, header structures, internal linking, and image alt text.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, schema markup implementation, and mobile responsiveness fixes.
- Manage and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain rankings.
- Generate monthly performance reports using Google Analytics and Search Console to demonstrate ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices into the broader marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and content strategy.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO audit tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical optimization.
- Experience with WordPress and CMS management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
