Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site performance issues that impact search rankings.
- Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and drive conversions.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize content strategy.
- Lead link-building campaigns and manage outreach efforts to acquire high-authority backlinks.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure on-page optimization best practices.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced agency or high-volume e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
