Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, on-page content, and meta tags for maximum SEO performance.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and screen technical talent effectively.
- Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to measure success and adjust strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and recruitment best practices.
- Generate monthly reports detailing traffic growth, keyword rankings, and hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in SEO and technical recruiting.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO audits.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
