Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Execute on-page and off-page optimization strategies to enhance organic visibility and keyword rankings.
- Manage link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console to drive data-backed decisions.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
- Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to keep our strategies ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of professional experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google algorithms, such as Penguin, Panda, and Hummingbird.
- Proficiency with SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder reporting.
