Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies aligned with keyword research and user intent.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and schema markup, to improve search rankings.
- Lead off-page SEO initiatives, including high-quality backlink acquisition and digital PR campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
- Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
