The Role:

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement in site architecture and crawlability.
- Lead keyword research and strategy to target high-value, low-competition terms.
- Optimize on-page content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement metrics.
- Manage and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and digital PR campaigns.
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, AMP pages, and other technical enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development principles.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing a team or mentoring junior SEO specialists is a plus.
- Must be located within or willing to work from the United States.
