Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site architecture and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and execute data-driven link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Oversee on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tags, schema markup, and content strategy.
- Analyze complex web analytics data (Google Analytics 4, Search Console) to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices.
- Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates.
- Train junior team members and mentor staff on SEO tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a fast-paced agency or high-volume e-commerce environment.
- Deep understanding of Google’s core ranking factors and recent algorithm updates (e.g., Helpful Content, Page Experience).
- Proficiency with technical SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
