Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine visibility.
- Technical Optimization: Audit and improve website architecture, site speed, and crawlability to ensure maximum search engine efficiency.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to develop keyword-rich strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Backlink Management: Build high-quality backlink profiles and manage PR outreach campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within the Denver market or a fast-growing tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, schema markup, and technical SEO audits.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics 4.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
