- Analyze website traffic and recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and increase applicant volume.
- Conduct keyword research to target specific roles and candidate demographics effectively.
- Collaborate with the content team to write engaging job descriptions that convert passive candidates.
- Monitor search engine algorithms and adjust SEO tactics to maintain high visibility.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel while optimizing each touchpoint for search engines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or technical recruitment.
