As a key member of our team, you will drive our recruitment efforts through data-driven strategies and enhance our online visibility. You will be responsible for crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring our digital footprint remains dominant in the Kansas City market and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Execute keyword research and SEO best practices to optimize job listings and company webpages for search engines.
- Sources and screens potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including interview scheduling and candidate feedback.
- Assists in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date data.
- Creates engaging content for social media platforms to attract top-tier talent.
- Monitors web analytics to track recruitment performance and traffic growth.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate personas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, or Business is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work part-time hours while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
