Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues, crawl errors, and indexing problems.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to optimize on-page elements, meta tags, and site speed.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to report on progress and ROI.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and organic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google’s algorithm updates and best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale website migrations or site audits is a plus.
