Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Lead complex integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Optimize Salesforce performance through APEX coding and automation workflows
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior developers
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in Apex/LWC
- Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or Marketing Cloud
- AWS/Azure cloud certification or equivalent hands-on experience
