Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with Fortune 500 clients across North America
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations, closing deals averaging $250K-$500K
- Mentor junior sales associates through our structured coaching program
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue streams and competitive advantages
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track metrics and optimize sales funnels
- Represent Apex Innovations at industry conferences and networking events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent overachievement of quotas
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals ($100K+)
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with executive presence
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for 20% travel
