Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-performance, responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team knowledge sharing.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including performance tuning and security audits.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js, including experience with version 18+.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass/Tailwind).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js or Python is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
