Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex, high-performance React applications using modern frameworks (Next.js, React 18+).
- Lead code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes into production-ready code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactivity across all devices.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability of the codebase.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of React concepts including hooks, context, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with strict typing.
- Strong experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or MobX).
- Familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions (Styled-components, Emotion) and modern styling methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
