Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex user interfaces using React.js and modern web technologies.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern CSS (Tailwind CSS or Styled Components).
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, MobX).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote-first environment.
