Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of quantum algorithms optimized for next-generation hardware.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to improve qubit coherence and error mitigation protocols.
- Design scalable quantum cloud services that integrate seamlessly with existing classical cloud ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum systems under various environmental conditions.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices within the quantum research division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, quantum mechanics, or advanced simulation software.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and noise modeling.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-tech environment.
