Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years focused on quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Qiskit, or Cirq; deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error mitigation techniques.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
