In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum computing and practical AI applications, leading a team of elite engineers to solve problems previously thought impossible. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our quantum-classical hybrid platforms.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation quantum-classical hybrid AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the development and optimization of quantum algorithms for real-world applications in natural language processing and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum capabilities into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging quantum hardware and software frameworks to drive architectural decisions.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure scalability, security, and reliability of core systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML and Quantum Computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Cirq, Qiskit, or PyQuil.
- Experience with deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
