Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum neural networks capable of processing complex datasets in real-time.
- Develop and optimize hybrid algorithms that leverage both classical and quantum hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research on emerging quantum computing paradigms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Translate theoretical physics concepts into practical, deployable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of quantum gate models, qubits, and quantum error correction.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and quantum cloud services (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
