Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for enterprise-scale applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify practical use cases for quantum advantage in our core product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate quantum modules into cloud-native AI infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Define the technical roadmap and best practices for quantum software development within the organization.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and stability of quantum-adjacent AI models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, high-performance computing, or software engineering.
- Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of quantum computing principles (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement, Quantum Gates).
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Forest.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, QIP) or patents in the field.
- Strong understanding of optimization problems, linear algebra, and statistical mechanics.
