In this pivotal role, you will define the architecture that integrates quantum computing power with classical machine learning models to solve complex, unsolvable problems.

Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of hybrid quantum-classical systems tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and best practices for integrating emerging quantum hardware with existing AI pipelines.
- System Optimization: Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of complex distributed systems handling massive data loads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, physicists, and software engineers to translate theoretical models into production-ready code.
- R&D Innovation: Explore and prototype cutting-edge algorithms that leverage quantum supremacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and its application in machine learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
