Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Python-based web applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience with Python and web frameworks (Django or Flask).
- Strong proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
