- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.

- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Frameworks: Deep knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
