Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Direct end-to-end project lifecycles for venue operations, ensuring alignment with FIFA standards and local regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, government bodies, and international partners.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential operational risks and implement robust contingency plans.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and manpower resources to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all project sites.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale event logistics or sports infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Jira) and data analytics tools.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
