Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and product gaps.
- Write clear, concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories for engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex product updates and strategies to stakeholders, executives, and the sales team.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics), and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience managing product lifecycles from concept through launch to post-launch analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- San Diego-based candidate preferred (or willing to relocate).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
