Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Define product vision and roadmap based on market analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams on agile development cycles
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis
- Develop KPIs and measure product success metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior product managers and designers
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience in fintech
- Proven track record of launching SaaS products
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools
- Strong background in financial regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- Experience managing cross-functional remote teams
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred
