Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features using data-driven insights
- Lead agile development cycles with engineering and design teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Develop KPIs and measure product performance through A/B testing
- Mentor junior PMs and establish best practices
- Present product vision to executive leadership and investors
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record launching enterprise-scale products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product analytics tools
- Strong technical understanding of cloud architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience with AI/ML product development a plus
