Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and strategy for B2B SaaS platform serving 2M+ users
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers through agile sprints
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Define KPIs and success metrics; analyze user behavior data for optimization
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior PMs through 1:1s and skill-building workshops
- Collaborate with UX team to create intuitive user journeys and wireframes
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven track record launching data-driven products with measurable growth
- Expertise in agile methodologies and Jira/Asana tools
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling products from MVP to enterprise level
- Portfolio showcasing product launches with impact metrics
