Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new feature launches, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI/UX prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product improvements.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful product launches.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex design concepts to non-design audiences.
