Responsibilities
- Lead reservoir simulation and production optimization for Alaskan oil fields
- Design and implement advanced drilling programs in challenging Arctic environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop field development plans
- Analyze geological data to identify new exploration opportunities
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee technical project deliverables
- Ensure compliance with federal and state environmental regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in upstream oil and gas operations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required

- Proven track record in Arctic/sub-Arctic project execution
