- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day execution of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within current workflows and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s long-term business goals and growth targets.
- Budget Management: Monitor operational budgets, forecast expenses, and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Vendor Relations: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to maintain high service standards and resolve logistics issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
