Responsibilities

- Optimize supply chain workflows using SAP and WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards across all operations
- Manage $2M+ annual budget and vendor relationships
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in distribution/logistics
- Proven track record reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience managing 50+ direct/indirect reports across multiple shifts
- Demonstrated success in implementing automation and technology solutions
