Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of cross-border logistics and distribution centers
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements for supply chain efficiency
- Manage team of 15+ logistics professionals with performance coaching
- Coordinate with customs brokers and international partners for seamless trade compliance
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead budget planning and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in logistics/operations management with 3+ in leadership
- Proven experience in cross-border trade and customs compliance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification required
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%
