Qualifications
- 8+ years operations management experience with 3+ in logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and ERP platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field
