- Lead cross-functional projects with P&L responsibility of $5M+
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic contracts
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and industry standards
- Mentor 8+ direct reports and foster high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record optimizing complex supply chains
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) a plus
