Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution logistics
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ operations specialists and supervisors
- Analyze KPIs to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards
- Manage annual budget ($5M+) and resource allocation for operational departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in warehouse/distribution management and process optimization
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS technologies
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
