Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams across logistics, procurement, and quality assurance departments
- Analyze KPIs using advanced data analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key supply chain partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification required)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and supply chain software
