Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations including inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead a team of 12+ operations specialists with KPI-driven performance management
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to scale infrastructure
- Manage $5M+ operational budget with monthly financial reporting
- Drive sustainability initiatives across all operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive operations leadership experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Professional certification (CPIM, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and cross-departmental communication skills
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Knowledge of Pacific Northwest supply chain networks
