Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3 fulfillment centers and 200+ team members
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with company growth targets
- Implement process improvements reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, finance, and sales departments
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate key contracts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive operations experience in logistics/supply chain
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Proven track record managing teams of 50+ employees
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure with competing priorities
