Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of optimizing complex operational workflows
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational software
