Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of optimizing complex supply chain operations and reducing operational costs
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Professional certification (CPIM, CSCP, or PMP) highly desirable
