Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational targets are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal service/cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in operations leadership with supply chain experience
- Proven expertise in process optimization and Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing 15+ person teams
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with adaptability to change
